Welcome to the DesiBundle Affiliate Program!
By joining our program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions, which ensure a fair and transparent partnership between you (the “Affiliate”) and DesiBundle.com (the “Company”).

1. 🧾 Eligibility

To participate in the DesiBundle Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Own a valid email address, UPI, or bank account for receiving payments.

• Agree to promote DesiBundle’s services honestly and ethically.

We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.

2. 🔗 Affiliate Account

Once your registration is approved:

• You’ll receive access to your Affiliate Dashboard where you can track clicks, sales, and earnings.

• Each affiliate is given a unique referral link. All sales made through this link will be automatically credited to your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. 💸 Commission Structure

• You’ll earn 20% commission on every successful sale made through your affiliate link.

• Commissions are calculated on the net sale amount (excluding discounts, refunds, or chargebacks).

• DesiBundle reserves the right to modify commission rates with prior notice.

4. 🕒 Payouts

• Minimum payout: ₹1000

• Payments are processed weekly (every Friday) via UPI or bank transfer.

• Commissions from refunded or fraudulent orders will not be paid.

• Affiliates must ensure accurate payment details; DesiBundle is not responsible for failed transfers due to incorrect info.

5. 📢 Promotion Guidelines

Affiliates may promote DesiBundle via:

• Personal websites, blogs, Telegram channels, YouTube videos, and social media accounts.

• Email marketing (if compliant with anti-spam laws).

• Paid ads only if approved in writing by DesiBundle.

🚫 Not Allowed:

• Using DesiBundle brand name in paid ad keywords (e.g., “Buy DesiBundle”).

• Misleading claims like “Free access” or “Official partner.”

• Fake reviews or impersonating DesiBundle staff.

• Spam, forced clicks, or bot-generated traffic.

Violation of these rules may result in account termination and loss of pending commissions.

6. ⚖️ Refunds & Cancellations

If a user cancels or requests a refund, commissions from that sale will be reversed.
Refund requests are processed as per DesiBundle’s refund policy.

7. 🔒 Confidentiality

You agree to keep all affiliate-related data (commission rates, conversion stats, etc.) confidential and not share it publicly.

8. 🧠 Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and trademarks provided by DesiBundle remain the property of the company.
You may use them only for promotional purposes in accordance with these Terms.

9. 🚫 Termination

DesiBundle reserves the right to terminate any affiliate account immediately if:

• The affiliate engages in spam, fraud, or unethical marketing.

• Misrepresents the DesiBundle brand.

• Violates any clause mentioned here.

Upon termination, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited if the account is found in violation.

10. 📅 Modifications

DesiBundle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified via email or dashboard notice.
Continued participation in the program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
