How delivery works
DesiBundle sells digital access only. Nothing is shipped. After a successful payment, your access details are sent to the email address you used at checkout.
Delivery time
Access usually arrives by email within 10–15 minutes. Sometimes it can take longer.
If you don’t receive it
- Check your spam and promotions folders.
- Check your order in My account or on Order tracking.
- Still nothing? Email contactdesibundle@gmail.com. Support hours are 9 AM–7 PM IST. Include your order ID and billing email.
Plan length and renewal
Your access lasts for the plan length you bought. Plans do not renew automatically. To continue, renew on the website when your plan ends.
Payments
We accept UPI, cards and crypto. Delivery starts once the payment is confirmed.
